Hi Keith, You'd have to write a macro to do that. On a PC it could be done easily and set to run automatically.

Hp mouse driver free. Currently in Office 2016 for the Mac that function probably could not be implemented or if it did it would be very painful to build. VBA support is unreliable and too costly in time and effort just to figure out if the simplest of macros will even work or not. My comment here is based on banging my head against the wall for 6+ months while trying to make VBA work with the beta version of the Mac product. The current production version is no better, maybe worse and anyone who attempts it is mindlessly wasting their time. That's just my opinion and I could be wrong.
